I had a similar expierience to webmind, we sent out 3500 targeted leads, 31 conversions and no sales. It;s a numbers game and sometimes the numbers don't add up! Frustrating!!
You have to question how targeted the traffic being generated is. How many people have to see it to purchase. In some cases it can be to many eyes until the person purchases to be worth the time.

If you can't make you're money back x 5 with their system then you really shouldn't be doing affiliate marketing. This is as close to push button as it gets. I'm still making money from CBpirates and I haven't done a thing with it in months.

Yes these affiliate marketings are making me crazy. They have a perfect sales pitch and it seems as though you are making a great decision in working with them. Then you turn around after months of hard work and there's some things like the conversion rates that rise and so you think it will all work out! Then in the end you have zero sales increase and nothing really happened. Maybe I will check out Silver Bullet since you have a great review here, but it's hard to say that I will be impressed.
