Email Spam Blocker

anti spam toolI received a lot of spam mails the last few months. This became worth at the time when some of my websites achieved first page ranking in Google and the other search engines.

There have been days where I even received more than 400 spam emails per day! And that was definitely too much. I even deleted some emails from friends, just because I couldn’t see which of the emails wasn’t a spam email. So I decided to find a solution for that.

I searched on the internet for email spam blocking software and came across Spam Bully.

Since they offer a 14 day free trial, I decided to download the software for this trial period and must say I was very impressed. I then upgraded for the paid version and I’m extremely satisfied with it. Since installing the upgraded version of Spam Bully, I don’t spend any time now with managing the junk that is being sent around the globe and I also don’t lose any emails from my friends anymore.

What else can an email spam blocking software do for you?
There are also lots of other things that an email spam blocker can help with. First of all, in order to fully appreciate such a tool, you should keep in mind the dangers that come with unsolicited mails, besides the unpleasant task of having to identify good emails from junk. The email blocker tool helps you free up space in the inbox for an improvement of the applications. Secondly, spam often contains viruses and malevolent programs that phish for personal data or prevent the computer from functioning correctly. By blocking the access to such messages, you keep your personal details safe and the PC clean.

An email spam blocker also saves many parents from the concern of protecting young children against adult content. Normally designed for the general public, the various anti-spam softwares available unclog the email and preserve a safe and politically correct mail environment.

I highly recommend Spam Bully for anyone who uses Outlook or Outlook Express.

The best method I found is the Yahoo Mail Plus Address Guard. It allow you to make and use “Disposable Email Addresses”. You give out the disposable addresses and when spam starts coming to it, delete it, make a new disposable address. Works like a charm. I recommend using this with a new email account. The old address is already on a list getting supplied to any spammer that wants it. The spam to that address will never stop.
