It allow you to make and use "Disposable Email Addresses". You give out the disposable addresses and when spam starts coming to it, delete it, make a new disposable address. Works like a charm. I recommend using this with a new email account. The old address is already on a list getting supplied to any spammer that wants it. The spam to that address will never stop.
